This report presents the latest results from the Austrian greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, which documents the annual national GHG emissions for the years 1990 to 2022. By documenting annual emissions up to and including the year 2022, the report presents GHG data for the first two years of the target period under the current EU Effort-Sharing-Regulation (ESR, Regulation (EU) 2018/84212) covering greenhouse gas emissions for sectors not covered by the emissions trading system.
